Mike and Holly Pitcher are the owners of TLC Dental. Dr. Pitcher practices general dentistry in Wetaskiwin where he is known as a compassionate, committed and caring dentist. The Pitchers focus on achieving patient centered care in a fun and friendly environment. Their family enjoys boating, snowboarding, and dirt biking. They are passionate about community and school sports and have spent many weekends and evenings cheering on their athletes. 20 years ago while Mike was busy studying dentistry at the University of Alberta, Holly was busy having kids. She didn’t stop until she had the 6 she always wanted. As the kids have grown and learned to care for themselves Holly has ventured into managing dental clinics. Holly can’t help herself, she infuses fun into everything she does. When you come visit us she is committed to make you smile. Although Mike’s clinical practice is centered in Wetaskiwin he provides clinical leadership and support at TLC Dental. He is not nearly as fun as Holly is but he can be just as funny

Kim attended SAIT in 2006 to receive her Registered Dental Assistant qualifications.

Kim has 16 years of experience in the dental industry and is grateful for the relationships she has been able to build with her coworkers and patients. Kim believes in being kind, caring, and hardworking, and that translates to her work. 

When she’s not at work, Kim enjoys camping, gardening, anything to do with music, and last but certainly not least, she loves watching Friends reruns.

Saydi is currently working towards a Bachelor of Science degree at MacEwan University and just finished up the second year. Saydi has been working in the dental industry for the last 3 summers and finds fulfillment in supporting coworkers and solving problems in the workplace. 

When Saydi isn’t working, snowboarding and softball are some of the hobbies she loves spending time doing.

Nora graduated from her university in the Philippines and has worked in the dental industry for 7 years. She has been a sterilization technician going on 4 years and brings her genuine, hard-working personality to her work.

Nora believes that a clean dental office that is properly sterilized is essential, and anything less is unacceptable for her coworkers and her patients. She believes in the patient experience, and her job is to ensure patients get the cleanest, uncontaminated, and safe dental experience possible. Nora finds fulfillment in knowing her efforts can help protect people and believes in hard work and consistency when it comes to her work.

When Nora isn’t working, she enjoys long trips to the mountains with her family and loves to cook.

Tiffany graduated from the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries Inc and became a registered dental hygienist. She has worked in the dental industry for 7 months and brings her approachable, light-hearted, dedicated personality to her work.

Tiffany finds fulfillment in her work by being able to help others and getting to know her patients. She strives to pass on her own knowledge and expertise and loves that she gets the opportunity to meet so many great people and build new relationships daily.

When she’s not at work helping patients, Tiffany loves to stay active by working out and spends time working on self-development. She enjoys getting to do some shopping and has an interest in fashion and make-up. Tiffany spends most evenings and weekends at home with her husband, where they can relax and enjoy each other’s company.

Kara graduated from KDM Dental College International Inc. in 2010, where she received her registered dental assistant certification. She has worked in the dental industry for 12 years and brings her kind, bubbly, selfless personality to her work. Kara enjoys making a difference in the overall health of her patients and strives to instill in them the confidence to deal with any dental fears they may have.

When she’s not at work helping her patients, Kara loves spending time outdoors adventuring, hiking, and kayaking. She also likes to hit the gym read, and spend time with her friends and family.

Lindsay attended KDM Dental College International Inc. in 2007, where she received her registered dental assistant certification. She then went on to attend Texas State Technical College in 2010. Lindsay has worked in the dental industry for 12 years and brings her focused, friendly nature to her patients. Lindsay’s goal in the dental industry is to change people’s perceptions about “the dentist” and ease people’s anxiety when it comes to dentistry. She strives to make patients confident in their smile.

When she’s not helping her patients, Lindsay likes to go on adventures and spend time with her 3 children, husband, and puppy. She also enjoys wake surfing. A fun fact about Lindsay is that she hates ice cream, a very shocking revelation!
